Test must conduct early in preparatory phase and through annul plan, when there is no competition. It is conducted after test that required ballistic movement.

purpose

The purpose of test is to evaluate the abdominal muscular endurance which are essential to help stabilize the body during the physical activity. It helps to maintain the posture of the body, balance, dynamic movement and helps to prevent injuries.

procedure

  • Test can be conduct by a large number of athletes in a circle or ro.
  • The tester must explain the test procedure to the subjects.
  • Athletes lies back-down on the mat with arms cross on the chest and knees bent.
  • The athletes must curl-up in an angel around 45 degrees and curl back to start with head and shoulder on the mat.
  • Athletes continue curling-up and down until the 30 sec finish and the tester note the number of the curls-up performed.
