Test must conduct early in preparatory phase and through annul plan, when there is nocompetition. It is recommended after exercises that require speed or max power

Tape, Mini cones, Stopwatch, Brower Timing Lights (min 2 gates)
Purpose
The purpose of the test is to measure the athlete’s speed and agility.
procedure
- The tester must explain the test procedure to the subjects.
- The Brower Timing Light(min 2) are placed five meters apart.
- Start with a foot lined up at starting line and the athlete runs forward and turn repeating10 times (total 50m).
- At each marker both feet must fully cross the line.
