When is the right time to measure?
Test must conduct early in preparatory phase and through annul plan, when there is no competition. It is recommended after exercises that require speed or max power.

purpose
Acceleration and speed are essential elements in many team and individual sports. Increasing the speed helps to perform fast movements and improve tactics and technique.
Procedure
- The test need at least 2 testers and it can be performed by a large number of athletes.
- Athletes lined up at the start line and they can perform when they are ready.
- The time startswhen theathlete touches the beam of the first gate (bipi) and ends when the beam of the second gate (beep) is touched.
- The athlete has to use the maximum speed during the test.
