The purposeof testing is to measure the flexibility of athletes in different joints. Flexibility is an important component is sports because it reduces injuries but also helps in quick recovery.

procedure

  • The test must be conducted after the warm-up.
  • Athletes stood with the foot touched on the box, the arms and the trunk relaxed forward with the hands in front of the sit and reach box.
  • The knees kept straight and stood for couples of second in the same position to get the result.
