When is the right time to measure?
Test must conduct early in preparatory phase and through annul plan, when there is no competition. It is recommended after exercises that require speed or max power.

Purpose
Aerobic endurance 20m shuttle run test (Multiple Stage) can be used for the following purposes: program training; monitor fatigue and séance training; to make a periodic and long-term period for athletes and identify competition strategies and tactics.
Procedure
-The test must be performed in a close environment and on a non-flip surface
-This test is simple and can be used on a large group of athletes at the same time
-It is recommended to have many testers or a minimum of 2
-The tester should inform the athletes that it is a maximally progressive test which starts easily and becomes more difficult, it is important to give 100% effort.
-The foot should touch the line to change direction.
-When athletes are unable to reach the finish line before the beep twice, the test ends
-Encourage athletes to follow the rhythm for as long as possible
-After the test, do not let the athletes sit or lie down. It is recommended to recover by walking for at least three minutes.
