When is the right time to measure?
Test must conduct early in preparatory phase and through annul plan, when there is no competition. The test must conduct after the warm-up.
Equipment
Stopwatch, Mini cones, Tape, Whistle or Brower Timing Lights (min 2 gates)
Purpose
The purpose of the test is to measure anaerobic capacity, which is an important fitness attribute for performing short intense exercises.
procedure
-The tester should explain the procedure to the subjects.
-Before the test we must conduct the warm-up.
-A large number of participants can be tested at once.
-Athlete lines up behind the starting line and begin to perform the test as fast as he/she can.
